I recently did my first yoga class ever, at age 73, with Aki-Tokyo International Yoga. Aki-san is an amazing instructor. She is patient, knowledgeable and makes everything fun. We did Zoom and we had a couple from New York and a yoga instructor from Austin, Texas who wanted to learn from Aki-san. Whatever your level, beginner like me or a teaching professional like (her name) from Texas, Aki-san can relate to you and teach you Yoga in a most enjoyable and instructive environment. With so many of us homebound what a great way to exercise and socialize on an international basis. I know Aki-san would be glad to share her skills with students at all levels.
