今週もオンラインヨガ、

お忙しい中ご参加ありがとうございました。

皆さんの笑顔はいつも素敵なんですが💕

特にヨガが終わった後の笑顔は更に何倍も素敵！😍

ヨガは体に良い効果があるだけではなくて、

心を落ち着かせ、ストレスを軽減、

リフレッシュ効果あり。

科学的にもヨガ後(ヨガの最中含め)に

セロトニン(ハッピーホルモン)が

出るとの結果があります。

皆さんの笑顔を見ると

ヨガ効果だなといつも思います🥰

Thank you everyone who participated in online yoga this week! I know that everyone's smile is always nice though, especially the smile after yoga is much greater than usual! you know that? Yoga is not only about the body practice. but also (more than that) it effects to our mind / brain. Release yourself or any stress. it’s because Serotonin (called happy hormone) in your mind during / after yoga.
